My daughter is 6 years old and finds this game to be very fun. She was able to figure out how to play it fairly quickly. I'm not sure how educational it is in terms of math or reading but she does enjoy "taking care of" the dogs on there and giving them names.
My son is 5 and really likes this game. He likes being able to take care of his pet dog and I like that he's working with letters and words.
I bought this for my 4 year old newphew. The game has different levels to challenge kids. He loves it, his mom says he hated to practice writing his letters, but is SO excited when he helps his dog write letters correctly. My 5 year old daughter received this as a gift this December and although she has been writing her letters for over a year, she also loves this game. She loves to teach her dog new tricks and hunt for words at the park. This game is definitely worth the money.
I bought this one for my 4 year old grandaughter. She was writing her name but needed alot of practise and this game gave her a really fun way to practise her letters. We really had to work hard to get her to practise before this game but now she is wanting to write letters to Santa Claus. I'm very pleased.
My daughter is 5 and recieved this game for christmas. She loves it and it keeps her busy.
